Report formats are designed to make the data easy to read and understand. Summary charts and multi-color graphs present data clearly.

Timeliness
ComSim provides fast turnaround and a high level of responsiveness. If requested, ComSim can arrange to conduct follow-up interviews the day after an event. Most surveys are completed during a one-month time span and reported immediately thereafter.

Report Mode

ComSim can provide both electronic and hard copy formats. PDFs are available on request.

Frequency

Frequency of reporting can vary, but most companies with ongoing services benefit from monthly or quarterly reports. For corporate image or product quality surveys, less frequent reporting may be appropriate.

Service Alerts

If ComSim encounters an interviewee whose business is critically affected due to a problem attributed to our client company, ComSim will inform the company immediately. The pertinent information is sent in a "Service Alert" so that it can be addressed. ComSim supplies good news in a hurry, bad news faster.

Verbatim Responses

Whenever a client is dissatisfied, there is an opportunity for improvement. For that reason, ComSim asks respondents to elaborate on their experiences or opinions. These voice-of-the-customer comments are reported verbatim in a special section in ComSim reports.
