Frequency
Frequency
of reporting can vary, but most companies with ongoing services
benefit from monthly or quarterly reports. For corporate image
or product quality surveys, less frequent reporting may be appropriate.
If ComSim
encounters an interviewee whose business is critically affected
due to a problem attributed to our client company, ComSim will
inform the company immediately. The pertinent information is sent
in a "Service Alert" so that it can be addressed. ComSim supplies
good news in a hurry, bad news faster.

For that reason, ComSim asks respondents to elaborate on their
experiences or opinions. These voice-of-the-customer comments
are reported verbatim in a special section in ComSim reports.
