About ComSim

ComSim began as a consulting practice to high-technology companies in the business of telephone systems, computer design and computer simulations. Its founder, Joseph W. Litterer, recognized the growing need in high-tech organizations for customer knowledge. Since 1993 ComSim’s focus has been to provide timely and accurate customer perceptions to clients through an interview and reporting process.

With growth in domestic and international business, ComSim expanded its capabilities to provide global organizations the means to interview any customer in the world in the local language of business. ComSim’s telephone interviewers obtain valid survey information in a confidential and professional manner. Data are reviewed by managers then summarized in reports, including graphs, charts, tables and verbatim elaborations. These analyses are produced regularly so that they can be used as measurement tools.
